Garden Design What's Next? initial visit We offer a no obligation initial visit and discussion at the site of your project. This will include an overview of our portfolio, details of your brief, and very importantly, a discussion regarding the budget you have in mind. At the end of this meeting, you will receive a verbal quotation to carry out the design, which will later be confirmed in writing. quotation acceptance On return of your written quotation acceptance, accompanied by an agreed deposit, we will arrange a mutually convenient date for the site survey to be carried out.
site survey After the appropriate survey has been carried out, we agree on a date for the concept plan to be presented.
concept plan Presentation of the concept plan usually takes place at the site of your project, enabling us to mark out any pertinent features and discuss and note any amendments that are required. If necessary, we can also arrange a date for the revised/construction plan to be re-presented. final construction plan Presentation of the final construction plan will usually include relevant sections , elevations and views including 3d axonometric , as required. At this stage, we may bring along sample materials or suppliers catalogues. Your outstanding balance should be paid on acceptance of plan(s) and completion of the sign-off document. planting plan Useful considerations at this stage include a planting plan and/or plant list. However, if you prefer, this can be commissioned towards the end of the construction works, when visualisation of the required garden design can be easier.
